Ingredients Chickpeas, broad beans, beetroot, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, dried date, dried apricot, onion, water, salt, glukomannan, rapeseed oil
Cooking Ιnstructions Remove from packaging. Pan: Pour 2-3 table spoons of oil in to a pan. Place the pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry vegetable burgers until browned, 3 minutes per side. Drain and serve. Oven: Slightly grease both sides of vegetable burger with sunflower or rapeseed oil. Place vegetables burgers directly on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Fryer: Deep fry: them in hot oil at 175°C for 4 minutes. Microwave: Not recommended, if not alternative option, remove from packaging and heat up for 30-40 second at 800W. Leave burgers to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
