INGREDIENTS

  • 450 gr. biscuits LU
  • 250gr milk Charalambidis Kristis
  • 125 gr unsalted butter Lurpak
  • 100gr walnuts Karpos
  • 180 gr white sugar*
  • 60 gr cocoa powder*
  • 30gr cognac *

METHOD

1. In a bowl, break the biscuits into small, irregular pieces (with our hands).

2. Add the walnuts and break them into small pieces.

3. Then, put the milk, sugar, butter in a saucepan and place it on medium heat. Stir until the butter and sugar melt (Be careful, we don't want them to boil).

4. Add the cocoa and cognac and mix.

5.Pour the mixture over the biscuits and walnuts and mix well.

6. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roll it up. Wrap the outside with film and wrap the edges like candy to give it an even nicer shape.

7.Transfer to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and serve.
