INGREDIENTS
- 180gr digestive biscuits Schar
- 110gr cream cheese Arla
- 60gr icing sugar*
- 250gr White Chocolate Praline by Noel
METHOD
1. Crush the biscuits in a blender and pour them into a large bowl.
2. Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar, and mix well until they form a smooth mixture.
3. To make the truffles symmetrical, take a spoonful of the mixture and start shaping it into small balls.
4. Place them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Melt the white chocolate praline in a double boiler to make it more fluid.
6. Begin dipping each truffle one by one into the white chocolate praline and sprinkle them with a little chocolate sprinkles.
7. Place them in the fridge for at least one hour, and then enjoy!
