INGREDIENTS
- 200gr Petit Beurre 200g
- 400gr Arla whipping cream 36%
- 150gr Lindt dark chocolate
- 300gr condensed milk*
METHOD
1. Put film over the entire surface of the pyrex and spread the cookies on the base of the pyrex.
2. Chop the dark chocolate and set it aside.
3. Pour the cold cream and the cold sugar into a bowl and beat them well at high speed with a hand mixer until it becomes like stiff whipped cream.
4. Add the chopped chocolate and mix the mixture very well, then with a large spoon carefully put it on top of the cookies and spread it evenly.
5. We put the rest of the cookies at the same time as we put the cookies in the base.
6. Cover with film and put it in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
7. We put the pyrex in water for 3-4 minutes before unmoulding it, then remove and cut the ice cream sandwiches.
