INGREDIENTS
- Ingredients for the Recipe:
- 1 packet of red Argentinian shrimps 800g
- 1 tbsp of Chorio extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Maldon sea salt
- ½ tsp Maldon pepper
- 2 tsp Ardo ginger
- 2 tsp Ardo diced garlic
- 2 tsp Ardo red chillies diced
- Ingredients for the Sauce:
- 1/3 glass Chorio extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Epic Herb & Spice Blend
- 1 tsp Ardo parsley
- 3 pieces of dried apricot finely chopped
- 1 tsp Maldon sea salt
METHOD
1.For the sauce, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon, set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Peel the shrimps and leave the head and tail. Place the shrimps in a bowl and marinate with the olive oil, salt, pepper, ginger, garlic, chili and mix lightly by hand.
3. Prepare the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the shrimps for 2 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Serve with the sauce.
