INGREDIENTS
- 1 package pulled pork
- 4 foodhaus brioche hot dog buns
- 6-7 Barba Giannis pickled cucumbers cut into slices
- 2 tbsp sweet barbecue marinade
- 1 jar Deliroom bacon jam
- For the salad:
- 100 g thinly sliced green cabbage*
- 1 grated carrot*
- 1 tbsp Ardo shallot onion
- 100 g Develey mayonnaise
- 1 tsp La Chinata smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Maldon sea salt
METHOD
- Place the pulled pork in a pan and cover with baking paper and aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 190° C for 25-30 minutes. Once it’s cooked, add the sweet barbecue sauce, stir and set aside.
- Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Heat up the brioches and start filling them. First place the salad, then the pulled pork, add the bacon jam and finally the pickled cucumber.
