Method

1. Marinade the shrimps with soy sauce and grated garlic (15 minutes to marinade)

2. Fry 2 tablespoons each of the Diced Garlic, Dices Red Chilli and shallots in a pan with a drizzle of oil

3. Use 2 chicken stock cubes with 400ml of water (and another 200ml if you like a more soup based ramen)

4. Add the stock to the ramen fry mix.

5. Add the shrimps and its marinade into the broth till your shrimps are pink (3-4 min)

6. Separate broth into 2 bowls

7. Cook noodles according to instructions on packaging

8. Add spinach, noodles and chopped fresh onion to the ramen bowl

9. Add the shrimps to the bowl. 

10. Boil an egg for 6 minutes and add half to each bowl
