INGREDIENTS
- Ingredients for Sea Bream:
- 2 foodhaus Seabream cleaned
- 1 tbsp Chorio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Ardo parsley
- 1 tbsp Ardo basil
- 1 tsp Epic Spice Fish seasoning
- 1 tsp Maldon sea salt flakes
- Ingredients for the Parisian Potatoes :
- ½ package foodhaus Parisian potatoes
- 1 tbsp Chorio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Ardo garlic
- 1 tbsp Maldon sea salt flakes
- 2 pinches Maldon pepper
- ½ pack Ardo green asparagus
METHOD
Place the potatoes in a pan and add the olive oil, the garlic and season with salt and pepper . Mix and cook in a preheated oven at 180 C° for 40 minutes . In the meantime, place the seabream in another pan and marinate them with olive oil, parsley, basil, Epic fish seasoning , salt and mix. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C° for 25 minutes. Serve the sea bream with the greens asparagus,after frying them in the pan with some olive oil and salt and pepper.
