Satay Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • Ingredients:
  • 400g Thai Chicken Foodhaus
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil*
  • 1 glass of Ardo Bio Wok Mix vegetables
  • 165g Quick Cooking Noodles
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Black sesame, coriander and chopped spring onion for serving (optional)
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 5 tbsp Dee Thai coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Healthy Habits Soft Peanut Butter
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce

METHOD

1. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and set aside

2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until cooked. Remove it from the pan and cook the vegetables while boiling the noodles. 

3.Once the noodles are cooked, add them to the pan with the vegetables and pour the sauce over them.

4. Add the chicken and mix well. Serve with black sesame, coriander and chopped spring onion and your meal is ready!
