INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Nick's Vanilla caramel crunch 473ml
  • 2 American cookies*

METHOD

For this recipe, you can use protein cookies, or alternatively, you can use your favorite cookies or even make your own homemade cookies.

Start by using a mold to create a perfectly round ice cream filling. Place the mold in the freezer for a couple of hours until it becomes frozen and hard.

Next, take two biscuits (or cookies) and place the frozen ice cream filling between them. Press them gently together to form the sandwich.

If your ice cream is creamy and starts to soften, you can put the sandwiches back in the freezer for a little while until they firm up again. This way, you can enjoy them whenever you have the munchies.
