INGREDIENTS

- 1 foodhaus Pulled pork 500g
- 2 Bourbon BBQ buns
- 150 gr Deliroom BBQ Sauce
- 8 gherkins
- 1 packet of Aviko onion rings (for serving)
- For the coleslaw:
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 2 cups shredded purple cabbage*
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt & pepper
METHOD
1. Cook the pulled pork according to the instructions.
2. Once it's cooked we pull the pork apart, drizzle with the BBQ sauce and put it back in the oven for 5'.
3. To make the coleslaw, put the shredded carrot, cabbage and chopped onions in a large bowl.
4. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper well together and pour over the vegetables, mixing well.
5. Toast the buns, top up with a generous amount of the pulled pork, coleslaw and a few gherkins and enjoy with a side of onion rings!
