Chinese noodles with shrimps & wok vegetables

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 shrimps, foodhaus Black Tiger Headless Skin-on 13/15
  • 400g Yellow Chinese Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Kikkoman toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp foodhaus onion cubes
  • 1 tbsp Ardo garlic diced
  • 1 tsp Ardo red chili diced
  • 1 tsp Ardo ginger diced
  • 2 tsp mild curry powder*
  • 1 ½ cup Ardo organic wok mix
  • 3 tbsp Kikkoman natural soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds*
  • 1 fresh spring onions, cut into julienne, to serve*
  • coriander leaves, to serve*

METHOD

1.  Soak the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes until softened but still al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.  In a large wok, add half the sesame oil and fry the onions, garlic, chili and ginger, for about 2 minutes.

3.  Add the wok mix and cook for another 5 minutes.

4.  Add the remaining sesame oil, shrimps and curry powder and stir-fry for a few minutes until shrimps are cooked through.

5.  Add the noodles, the soy sauce and sesame seeds. Toss again for a few more minutes, then remove from the heat.

6. Sprinkle over the coriander leaves, fresh spring onion and serve with lime wedges.
