INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet salmon skin off (1 fillet )
  • 1 glass of carolina rice
  • 3 tbsp of teriyaki sauce with roasted sesame
  • 2-3 pieces of Ardo broccoli florets
  • 1/2 of fresh avocado
  • 1/2 tsp of Miso sesame Epic Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Develey mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 piece of fresh onion finely chopped

METHOD

1.Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces and marinate it with the teriyaki sauce.

2.Bring the rice to a boil and transfer the salmon to a tray to cook in the oven or air-fryer for 10 minutes.

3. Until the salmon is cooked, make the sauce with 2 spoons of mayonnaise and 1/2 spoon of sriracha and put the broccoli to boil.

4. Serve the rice in a bowl with the salmon and add the sliced ​​avocado, a few pieces of broccoli and the chopped onion. 

5. Finish with a little miso sesame seasoning and enough sauce.
