INGREDIENTS
- 400g foodhaus marinated pork chops
- 2 foodhaus greek pitta
- 1 packet of Aviko super crunch julienne fries
- 1 Lemon Harissa Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Tomato and red onion to serve
- For the sauce:
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Maldon salt & pepper
METHOD
1.Start by mixing all the ingredients for the sauce. Place the fries in a tray to cook in the oven and cut a tomato and red onion in thin slices.
2. Remove the bone from the pork chops and cut in thin strips. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and cook the meat on high heat so it becomes crispy on the outside and remains juicy on the inside.
3. As soon as the pork and fries are cooked, heat the pittas for a couple minutes on the pan and spread a generous amount of the sauce, add the meat, a couple tomato slices and red onion and finish with the fries.
4. Wrap the pitta and enjoy!
