Sweet and spicy mussels with white wine

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package foodhaus Mussels shell-on
- 1 tbsp Chorio Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Ardo shallot onions
- 2 tsp Epic Spice Steak Seasoning Rub
- 1 tbsp Ardo chilli diced
- 1 tsp Blossom honey
- 1 tbsp Maldon sea salt flakes
- 1 cup Petritis white wine
- 1 piece Country Sourdough bread cut in slices
METHOD
Put a deep pan on a medium-high heat and add the olive oil, fry the onion until soft and then add the Epic Spice steak seasoning, the diced chili and mix. Place the mussels in the pan and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, then add the wine, honey and salt . Cover the pan and cook on high heat for 3 minutes . Open the lid and cook for another two minutes (discard any mussels that do not open). For the bread, place the slices in a pan and sprinkle them with a spoonful of olive oil and sprinkle on top with the salt and steak seasoning. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until the become crispy. Serve with toast!
