INGREDIENTS
- 1 Ribeye Steak
- 1 box of Alfa Pizza dough
- 10-15 Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Mozzarella balls
- For the Chimichurri Sauce
- 2 teaspoon Chimichurri Epic seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic butter Lurpak
- 1/2 Ardo Parsley
- 1/2 cup Ardo Shallots
- 2 teaspoons Ardo garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ardo chilli (optional)
- 2 tablespoons apple vinegar*
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
METHOD
1. Begin by mixing all the ingredients of the chimichurri sauce.
2. Open the pizza dough sheets and spread a generous amount of chimichurri sauce on top of each sheet.
3. Add one ball of mozzarella in pieces on each sheet and a few cherry tomatoes cut in half.
4.Bake the pizza according to the instructions, and while it is cooking start preparing the steak.
5. Season the steak with the chimichurri seasoning and cook in a pan according to your preference.
6. Once the pizza is cooked, cut the steak in strips and lay them on top.
7. Add some more chimichurri sauce and enjoy!
