INGREDIENTS
- 20 Ardo raspberries
- 100gr 100gr dark Chocolate LIndt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Maldon sea salt
METHOD
1. Put the peanut butter into a plastic bag, cut the edge off and use it to fill the middle of the raspberries with peanut butter.
2.Put the raspberries back in the freezer until the chocolate is ready.
3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler, leave it to cool slightly and dip the raspberries in the chocolate one by one using a fork.
4. Top with a pinch of salt and store them in the freezer. Enjoy!
