INGREDIENTS
- 400g Pelargos Passata
- 1 tbsp Chorio extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp Maldon pepper
- ½ tsp Maldon Sea salt
- 2 tbsp Epic Spice Mediterranean Roasting Rub
- 1 pack Foodhaus Mozarella sticks 250g
METHOD
Put all the ingredients in a frying pan and cook them on medium heat. Let them cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Once the sauce has thickened, remove it from the heat.
