INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of Aviko Super Crunch Crinkle Fries
- 250 gr Black Angus minced meat
- Develey Burger Sauce
- 1 tsp Epic Charchoal BBQ Rub
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1/2 tbsp chopped onion
- 3 Baby Gherkins chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil*
- Chopped iceberg lettuce
- Salt & Pepper
METHOD
1. Put the fries in the oven, and while they are cooking put one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and cook the onion for 1-2 minutes before adding the minced meat.
2. Cook until the meat is fully cooked, adding the Epic seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. Serve the fries and top them with the beef, add the cheese, the Burger sauce and finish with the chopped gherkins and lettuce.
