Redfish with potatoes in the oven

INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of foodhaus redfish 900g
- 1 packet of foodhaus sliced potato 1000g
- 2 glasses of Ardo carrots small 1kg
- 2 tbsp of Chorio extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Maldon pepper
- 1 jar Pelargos Passata Spitiki
- 1/2 glass of vegetable stock
- 2 tsp Epic fish seasoning
- Alion fresh dill 70g for garnish
METHOD
1. In a baking pan, add the potatoes, carrots, tomato sauce, broth, salt, pepper and mix.
2. Place the fish on top of the potatoes, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the seasoning over the fish.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
4. Garnish with dill and serve.
*The recipe can be made with barbel or sea bream.
