Vietnamese rolls with grilled vegetables and satay sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Rice leaves*
  • 10 slices Ardo grilled aubergine
  • 10 slices Ardo grilled courgette
  • 10 slices Ardo roasted red & yellow peppers
  • 1 carrot cut into sticks
  • 1 pack Alion lettuce hearts
  • water
  • 1 package Dee Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • Ingredients for the sauce:
  • 3 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Koko coconut milk

METHOD

  1. Cut grilled vegetables into sticks.
  2. In a bowl, put all the ingredients for the sauce and mix them well.
  3. Place the rice leaves on a plate or a cutting board and lightly moisten them with some water.
  4. Add the lettuce hearts in the middle of the leaf and all the vegetables on top, add a spoonful of the satay sauce and wrap the rolls.
  5. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
