INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Rice leaves*
- 10 slices Ardo grilled aubergine
- 10 slices Ardo grilled courgette
- 10 slices Ardo roasted red & yellow peppers
- 1 carrot cut into sticks
- 1 pack Alion lettuce hearts
- water
- 1 package Dee Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Ingredients for the sauce:
- 3 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Koko coconut milk
METHOD
- Cut grilled vegetables into sticks.
- In a bowl, put all the ingredients for the sauce and mix them well.
- Place the rice leaves on a plate or a cutting board and lightly moisten them with some water.
- Add the lettuce hearts in the middle of the leaf and all the vegetables on top, add a spoonful of the satay sauce and wrap the rolls.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce.
