INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of Ardo frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of Ardo Strawberry & Blueberries Slices
- 4 tbsp Zita Yoghurt strained 3.5 %
- 1 tsp of Karpos Peanut Butter Crunchy
- 1 cup of fresh cow milk/ coconut milk/oat milk
- 3 tbsp Deliciously Ella Original Granola
- 2 tbsp Thyme Blossom honey
- 2tsp coconut flakes*
METHOD
1. We put the fruits in a blender to make it like a smoothie.
2. Add the yogurt, the milk and the peanut butter.
3. Mix well until you have a creamy result but not too watery. If necessary, add a little milk if the mixer has difficulty mixing them.
4. We serve in a bowl with fresh fruits, granola, honey and coconut.
