INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of Ardo frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of Ardo Strawberry & Blueberries Slices
  • 4 tbsp Zita Yoghurt strained 3.5 %
  • 1 tsp of Karpos Peanut Butter Crunchy
  • 1 cup of fresh cow milk/ coconut milk/oat milk
  • 3 tbsp Deliciously Ella Original Granola
  • 2 tbsp Thyme Blossom honey
  • 2tsp coconut flakes*

METHOD

1. We put the fruits in a blender to make it like a smoothie.

2.  Add the yogurt, the milk and the peanut butter.

3. Mix well until you have a creamy result but not too watery. If necessary, add a little milk if the mixer has difficulty mixing them.

4. We serve in a bowl with fresh fruits, granola, honey and coconut.
