Cooking Ιnstructions

Deep fry:er: Heat liquid frying fat or oil to max. 175°C. Fry portions of about 450g for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not fry too dark and fry smaller portions for less time. Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Divide portions of approximately 450g on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn once in between. Frying pan: Heat 15g (2 tbsp) oil or liquid margarine in the frying pan. Bake over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.Turn regularly in between.
