Ingredients Turkey breast, vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), salt, onion, garlic, bell pepper, spices (pepper, paprika, chillies, fennel seed, cinnamon, vanilla), baobab fruit pulp, sugar, natural flavourings, herbs, flavourings, rooibos tea, paprika concentrate, turmeric extract), fruit pieces (raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, sucrose, maize starch, red fruit powder (maltodextrin, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry , food acid: citric acid), coriander, allspice, pink pepper berries), orange, chives, fresh thyme, red currants.
Cooking Ιnstructions Oven: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Place the turkey breast in an ovenproof dish or baking tray. If desired, add a little stock or water to the pan to retain moisture. Bake covered with baking paper and foil for the first 15 minutes and remove to brown at the end. Check the internal temperature at the thickest point. It should reach 70°C. Grill: Cook at medium-high temperature (about 200°C) for 20-25 minutes. Preheat the grill and lightly oil the grill to prevent the turkey breast from sticking. Grill first on one side for 10-12 minutes, then flip and grill for another 10-12 minutes. Tip: Check the internal temperature (70°C) before removing from the grill. BBQ: Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Preheat the barbecue and oil the grill. Cook the turkey breast over medium heat. Cook for 10-12 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes. To maintain the juicy texture, use indirect heat and close the barbecue lid. General Tips: Use a meat thermometer for accuracy. Check the internal temperature (70°C).
