Cooking Ιnstructions | Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place tuna steak on a greased baking sheet in a single layer. Brush the tuna steak with melted butter or olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes or until fish begins to flake but is still pink in the center. Frying pan: Brush the tuna steak with oil and season and fry over a high heat and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until fish begins to flake but is still pink in the center. Grill: Brush the grill and the tuna steak with melted butter or olive oil, and bake on the grill over medium coals for 4-5 minutes each side. |
