Tuna & Watermelon Salad Glazed with Teriyaki Sauce

Method

1.Marinate the tuna fillets with the teriyaki sauce and salt.

2.Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the tuna for 1 minute on each side. Remove from the pan.

3.Cut the watermelon into small chunks and slice the tuna fillets into strips.

4.Arrange the watermelon on a plate, top with tuna strips and burrata, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
