Method
- For the Calamari
Clean and cut the calamari into rings. In a bowl or bag, combine the remaining calamari ingredients and mix. Coat the calamari in the flour mixture and fry until golden and crispy. - For the Mussels
Remove the mussels from their shells and marinate with olive oil and the fish spice mix. Coat them in panko breadcrumbs and fry until golden and crispy. - For the Shrimps
Peel the shrimps and marinate with olive oil and fish spice mix. Coat in panko breadcrumbs (or the same flour mixture used for the calamari) and fry until golden and crispy. - For the Vegetables
Coat the vegetables in the same calamari flour mixture and fry until crispy. - For the Verde Sauce
Place all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend for 10 seconds. - To Serve
Arrange all the seafood and vegetables on a large platter and drizzle with the Verde sauce.
