Baked Ravioli

Method

1.Heat the olive oil and add the minced meat for a few minutes on high heat until it starts browning. Add the onion and stir for a few more minutes. Add the white wine and continue with the tomato and basil sauce (keeping one tablespoon of sauce for later). Leave the minced meat to cook on low heat for about 15'. 

2. Add the ravioli to boiling water for 1-2', cooking them at half the time of the cooking instructions to avoid overcooking in the oven.

3. Drain and begin assembling the ravioli in an oven tray. Start with a tablespoon of tomato and basil sauce and continue by adding a layer of ravioli followed by half of the minced meat, half of the cottage cheese and half of the mozarella.

4.Then, continue with a second layer of everything, starting with the ravioli, remaining minced meat, cottage cheese and mozarella on top.

5. Bake for about 20 minutes covered and 10' uncovered.
