Energy balls with dates

Method

  1. Pit the dates and add them in a little hot water to get softer. 
  2. Blend the almonds into almond flour and set aside in a bowl.
  3.  Remove the water and add the dates in a blender with half the  almond flour you made just in case you want to add in later to create the consistency you like , honey and nut butter until it forms a thick paste. If its too runny add more almond flour and blend again. 
  4. Wet your hands a little before creating the energy balls so the mixture doesn’t stick to your  hands. Make approx. 11-15 balls depending on size. 
  5. Keep them in the fridge for up to a week !
