Method
1.In a deep pan or pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the ground beef and brown it well, stirring continuously.Deglaze with the red wine and let the alcohol evaporate
2. Add the canned tomatoes, sugar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 25-30 minutes until it thickens. Stir in the parsley and Parmesan cheese, then set aside.
3.Meanwhile, prepare the béchamel sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour, and stir quickly for 1-2 minutes. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the eggs and mix well. Remove from heat.
6.In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce, then a layer of lasagna sheets. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with béchamel sauce and cheeses on top.
7.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving!
