Greek burger with a creamy feta sauce

Method

1. Start by thinly slicing the red onion and adding it into a small container with the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. 

 2. Leave it in the fridge for at least one hour before serving. 
To make the feta sauce add all the ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth. 

3.While the fries are cooking, grill the burgers and assemble by spreading a generous amount of the feta sauce into the burger buns, adding the burgers, tomato slices and topping with some pickled onions
