      Prepare Use Defrosting instructions: Remove the pack from the deep freezer and keep it refrigerated at +6˚C.
      Cooking Ιnstructions Thaw the meat in the refrigerator for 8 hours, removing the packaging. Brush the meat with olive oil or butter. We recommend frying it for about 1-1.5 minutes on each side in hot oil and serving it medium. Oven: preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 6-8 minutes. If frozen then bake for 10-12 minutes
