      Cooking Ιnstructions Remove the packaging. Casserole: Pour contents into saucepan and cover. Cook over high heat for 6-8 minutes shaking the pan occasionally until the mussels open. Microwave: Empty contents into a bowl. Cover and cook for 3 minutes at 800W. Remove the bowl from the microwave, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes at 800W. Discard unopened clams.
