    Aroma Soft & intensely fruity. El Chivo are based in the Chile's Central Valley and are known to be producing some of the best fruit-forward wines. Super smooth, with flavours of plum, blackcurrant and red cherry, there's a touch of acidity, but it mostly just slips down with soft, silky tannins.
