      It was created from the combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Agiorgitiko varieties. Classic red vinification is followed with extraction that continues even after the end of alcoholic fermentation. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Its color is deep purple, to black-red. It is served at 18°C and has great aging potential.
