SANDY Hoppy Lager with citrus aromas and generous doses of superior quality aromatic hops, it is brewed with the dry hopping method and has a proudly Cypriot character. Dry hopping is the method in which hops are added once the first fermentation is complete. As a result, the hops add flavor and depth as well as a pleasant acidity to the beer.
