Teriyaki Salmon Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 pack of Instant noodles
  • 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 200g frozen peas
  • 200g frozen bio green beans
  • 1 tbs chopped garlic
  • 2 fresh spring onions, chopped

METHOD

1. Marinate the salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce

2. In the meantime, chop the spring onions.To make the noodles pour hot water over them for a few minutes.

3. Lightly sear the salmon fillets with a third of the teriyaki sauce.

4. Put aside and clean the pan.

5. Over tablespoon of olive oil, fry the onions and garlic, followed by the greens.

6. Then add the soft noodles with the rest of the teriyaki sauce.

7. Remove from the pan and serve immediately with the salmon fillets.
