Falafel Wrap

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 pieces Nutrifoods Sweet potato falafel
  • 2pieces Itza wraps
  • 2 tbsp grecius Tahini
  • 1 tsp Maldon sea salt
  • 1 tsp Maldon pepper
  • 1 packet Alion fresh cut salad
  • 2 Alion cucumbers, cut up in small pieces
  • 6 Alion baby tomatoes, cut up in small pieces
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Add the falafel in the oven on a piece of parchment paper and cook for 8-10 minutes while checking as each oven temperature is different.

Take one of the wraps and place some of your salad mixture, cut up cucumber and tomatoes. Repeat with the other wrap too.

Remove the falafel from the oven and allow to cool a little.

Place them on top of the salad mixture on the two wraps and drizzle some tahini on top of the falafel.

Last but not least add some salt, pepper, lemon juice and roll up the wrap. In addition, cut the wrap in two and enjoy!
