INGREDIENTS
- 2 Bagels foodhaus
- 100g Smoked Salmon foodhaus
- 150g Arla Cream Cheese Onion and Chives
- 10-12 Gherkins
- Alion Rucola Salad
- Pipers Sea Salt Crisps
METHOD
Cut the bagel in half and toast in the oven.
Spread the cream cheese on both halves, top it up with plenty of smoked salmon, add gherkins and finish with a generous serving of rocket leaves.
Best enjoyed with a side of Piper crisps!
