Salmon burgers with Black Jack burger buns

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet foodhaus salmon burgers
  • 1 packet Black Jack burger buns
  • 1 packet Alion avocadoes, cut in cubes
  • 1 packet Alion lettuce
  • 1 packet edamame beans
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Maldon sea salt
  • 1 tsp Maldon pepper

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the salmon burgers for 10-15 minutes.

In a bowl cut up the avocado in small cubes and add some lemon and salt.

In a small pan heat some water and cook the edamame for 5-10 minutes.

When the salmon burgers are ready add 1 or 2 burgers in each bun with lettuce on the bottom and the avocado cubes on top of the salmon burgers.

Add the salmon burgers with the bun to a plate and cut it in half. Accompany the burgers with some edamame beans for sharing on the side! Enjoy!
