Black Angus Fillet Steak

  • 1 foodhaus Black Angus fillet steak
  • 1 tbsp Lurpak Garic Butter
  • 1 tsp Epic Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Maldon sea-salt
  • 1 tsp Maldon pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chorio Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Pat dry the steak using a paper towel and season generously with salt and pepper. Preheat your pan and brush with olive oil. Add the steak and sear on all sides for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Add a tablespoon of Lurpak garlic butter in the pan and spoon the melted butter over the steak, cooking until your desired goodness.
Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before cutting and season with Epic Steak seasoning.
