INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Castello brie
  • 1/4 cup foodhaus walnuts
  • 2-3 foodhaus dried figs
  • 1 tbsp foodhaus honey
  • 1 stalk Alion rosemary
  • 1 foodhaus baguette

METHOD

Place the brie into a baking dish and score it diagonally. Top with honey and add the walnuts and dried figs. Bake at 180C for about 15-20 minutes. Cut the baguette and bake until crunchy. Top it up with some extra honey, add some fresh rosemary and serve with the baked baguette. Enjoy it with a nice glass of wine!
