Falafel with Honey Tahini Dip & Cherry Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package foodhaus falafel 500g
  • ⅓ cup Magoulitsa Tahinosalata
  • 2 tbsp Beeology blossom honey
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 2 tbsp foodhaus onion cubes
  • 2 tbsp Chorio extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Top Balsamic Vinegar
  • Alion lettuce hearts
  • Maldon sea salt flakes
  • Maldon perfectly crushed pepper

METHOD

1.         Combine tahini and honey in a small bowl. Whisk until it gets smooth.

2.         Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

3.         In another small bowl place tomatoes, onions, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

4.         Season with salt and pepper and set it aside.

5.         Cook the falafel according to the package instructions.

6.         Place the lettuce hearts on 2 plates and add falafels on top.

7.         Serve with tahini sauce and cherry tomatoes salad.
