Shrimps on the grill with Spanish lemon sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg foodhaus raw shrimps headless shell-on
  • 1 cup Lurpak unsalted butter, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Ardo shallots
  • 1 tbsp Ardo garlic diced
  • 1 tbsp Ardo parsley
  • 1 juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp Maldon sea salt flakes
  • 1 tsp Maldon perfectly crushed pepper

METHOD

1. Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat.

2. Add shallot, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and black pepper and stir.

3. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

4. Thaw the shrimps and pat dry.

5. Heat the grill over medium to high heat.

6. Grill the shrimps for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until bright pink and cooked through.

7. Remove shrimps from the grill and drizzle immediately with lemon sauce.
